Self-Pickup

Self-collection at our physical store (Selaseh Dua)

Order must be collected on the chosen day of collection, within our specified business hours. Pickup after hours will not be entertained.
No refund for failure of collection or cancellation.
Please contact us directly and as soon as possible should you not be able to pickup on the collection date.

Using delivery services such as Lalamove/Grab Express

Please specify your order’s desired delivery DAY & TIME SLOT during Checkout.
Due to the availability of runners depending greatly on Lalamove/Grab, please allow 30 minutes to 1 hour extra time to receive your order. We will do our best to deliver your bake at the specified time.

Once bakes have left our premises, it is no longer within our control of the bakes’ condition upon receiving and we shall not be responsible for any mishandling by the runner. However, we will make sure to pack your bakes properly and brief the runner to deliver your bakes with care.
Should there be any dissatisfaction with the condition of the bakes upon receiving them, kindly contact us as soon as possible.

Collection at chosen Bakesale Pickup Point

Exact pickup location will be notified through email on the day of delivery, once the runner has reached the location.
Please collect within 30 minutes upon the arrival of the runner at the location.
Failure to collect within 30 minutes will be considered as a no-show and purchase will not be refunded. You may however come and collect at the shop on the next business day.
